Located, mainly, Uzhgorod in the administrative district of Transcarpathian region. According to a comprehensive forest zoning territory of Western Ukraine forestry refers to forestry Transcarpathian lowland area of forest-steppe oak forests. The whole area is attributed to forestry and forest plains in the south western part of the region.
